1.2 Preparation of test specimen 測(cè)試樣品的制備
Cut from the outsole two pieces of 16 mm ± 1 mm diameter and 4 mm ± 0,5 mm thickness and test both pieces at the same time.
從外底上割下兩片直徑為16 mm ± 1 mm,厚4 mm ± 0,5 mm的試片,且兩個(gè)試片同時(shí)測(cè)試。
For multilayered soles, if it is not possible to obtain a test piece of 4 mm thickness from the compact layer; cut a piece which includes part of the expanded layer.
對(duì)於多層大底,如果很難從結(jié)合緊密的大底上取得4mm厚的試片,可以從包括發(fā)泡層在內(nèi)的大底取樣。
1.3 Test procedure 安全鞋、勞保鞋、工作鞋耐油測(cè)試步驟
Follow the general procedure desribed in 8.2 of ISO 1817: 1985.
一般的測(cè)試步驟為ISO 1817 : 1985的條文8.2。
Immerse the test piece in the test liquid ( 1.1 ) at a temperature of 20℃ ± 2 ℃ for a period of 22 h ± 0,25 h.
在溫度為20℃ ± 2 ℃的環(huán)境下,將試片浸入測(cè)試溶液中22 h ± 0,25 h。
Determine the increase in volume of the piece using the volumetric method.
用體積計(jì)確定試片的體積增加量。
If the test piece shrinks by more than 0,5% or increase in hardness by more than 10 Share A hardness units, determined using the method described in ISO 868: 1985, take a further test piece, as described in 2.2 and test as described in 2.3.

2.1 Test liquid 測(cè)試溶液

2.2 Preparation of test piece測(cè)試樣品的制備
Take a test piece of nominal width 25 mm and nominal length 150 mm from the outsole of the footwear and reduce to an overall thickness of 3 mm ± 0,2 mm by roughing or scouring.
從鞋子的外底上取一25mm寬,150mm長(zhǎng)的試片,打磨至隻有3 mm ± 0,2 mm厚為止。
2.3 Test procedure測(cè)試步驟
Immerse the test piece in the test liquid at a temperature of 20℃ ± 2 ℃ for a period of 22 h ± 0,25 h.
在溫度為20℃ ± 2 ℃的環(huán)境下,將試片浸入測(cè)試溶液中22 h ± 0,25 h。
Remove excess liquid with absorbent paper and determine the cut growth in the specimen after 150,000 cycles in accordance with the method described in annex C of ISO 4643: 1992.
用吸水紙吸去多余的溶液,用ISO 4643 : 1992的附件C中的方法對(duì)試片進(jìn)行150,000次測(cè)試後,確定試片的增長(zhǎng)量。
